HOW DO I RETURN THE BIKE?
Please contact Jay via SMS on 0434 904 108 when you would like to return the bike. Once your return is approved, simply drop the bike at the agreed location:

Drop off is available on at the Perth Velodrome on select days.

Drop off to Ballajura can be arranged for a time that suits you.

When you return the bike, it needs to be returned in good working order and with all parts and accessories that were originally on the bike. We would love you to clean down the frame before returning it. Crank It Cycling assumes normal wear and tear for the rental period. Servicing is at the discretion of the renter based on the period and type of use.

WHAT IF I DAMAGE THE BIKE?
Report damage or loss immediately to us. At this point in our business, we accept the cost of repair or replacement under reasonable conditions. This includes storing the bike safely in a lockable garage or inside your house; never leaving the bike unattended on a car bike rack.

CAN I LET SOMEONE ELSE USE THE BIKE?
The bike is for the hirer's use only.
